It is with pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Linda Rudd. Linda joined my company, Room Service Audio & Video Systems in May 1998. She was recruited to fill both the positions of office manager and human resource director. In this role she was required to multi task in a multitude of areas, including but not limited to, human resources, accounting, inventory control and payroll. I had known Linda for three years prior to her joining our company while she served in a similar role while employed at a local product representative's firm. When she expressed interest in joining our company we did not hesitate to offer her a position. Linda has been an outstanding employee, co-worker, and I am fortunate to now count her among my friends.

Linda brought with her an ability to identify and resolve even the most difficult of challenges. Among her significant contributions to the company she was able to streamline our company's sales proposal system, inventory control and accounting systems. She possesses strong interpersonal skills and expertise in developing client services, operations and streamlining delivery of products and services.

Linda was an exceptional employee and her duties included all aspects of administrative work for our Manufactures Representative firm. She was the customer service interface between our vendors and our clients. She was always the pleasant voice who our customers loved. She promptly resolved problems and is very detail oriented. I always knew, when I was away, the office would run smoothly with Linda at the helm.

Linda did all of our accounting and is proficient with QuickBooks. She did Order Processing, Inventory, Billing, Banking, Accounts Payable and Receivable and Payroll. She was very accurate and detailed and never needed supervision. She took pride in her work.
